Shipping policy

Pre-orders

We can only ship orders in full, which means that your order will be shipped only after all of the products contained in it have been released, even if some of them are already in stock.

If you would prefer faster delivery of in stock products, we would recommend to place separate orders.

Please note that we will always reserve the products you have ordered to ensure they can be shipped together when all pre-orders have been released.

We always aim to ship orders early enough to reach their destination by the release date. However, due to potential delays from various factors such as customs processing which are out of our control, we cannot guarantee that delivery by the release date will always be possible.

Changes to your shipping address

To update the shipping address of your order, you must contact us and our support team will take care of the update.

Please note that although you can change address details from your account settings, these changes are meant for new orders and will not apply to existing orders —these will still be delivered to your old address, unless you contact our support team as instructed above.

PO Box & APO addresses

Please note that unfortunately we cannot ship to PO Box and APO addresses.

Shipping Rates

After adding the products to the basket, you can use the shipping calculator on the cart page to check the shipping costs without having to checkout first.

Please note that since duties and taxes are at the discretion of the customs office within the destination country, Funstock is unable to include duties and/or taxes in the shipping price. Therefore, any additional duties and/or taxes accrued from customs are the sole responsibility of the customer.

We constantly aim to increase our delivery network; if you don't see your country in the sections below, please contact us and we will try to make it happen.
